The painting “Uranus” from the series “I am the Planet” embodies this distant and mysterious planet through the image of a girl shrouded in cold light. The girl with her eyes closed symbolizes detachment and inner concentration, reflecting the mystical nature of Uranus. Her calm expression emphasizes harmony and peace. The cold shades of blue and white convey the atmosphere of Uranus, saturated with methane.
The girl’s white hair and fair skin emphasize her connection with the cold and light of Uranus. Decorations in the form of stars symbolize the desire for new knowledge. The image of the girl also reflects the love of personal and spiritual freedom, independence, devotion to friends and like-minded people. The painting conveys the essence of Uranus: originality of thinking, intuition and the ability to concentrate, immersing the viewer in a world of cold beauty and mysteries of distant space.
