Artist Statement

Born in the Polesye region of Belarus, Katsiaryna discovered her passion for art at an early age. Working primarily with oil on linen canvas, she specializes in symbolism and neo-classical portraiture.

Her technique combines sfumato, impasto, and glazing (lamination) to create rich, layered works that capture the inner light of her subjects. Now based in Batumi, Georgia, she continues to explore themes of identity, connection, silence, and the unique universe within each person.
